Refund & Returns Policy

Deposits are generally non-refundable but transferable to future litters. Cash refunds are not issued once a healthy puppy leaves our home.

If a licensed vet detects a covered genetic defect within your guarantee window, a replacement puppy of equal value will be arranged.

Any claim requires official veterinary reports, lab results, and written statements submitted directly to us within 48 hours of examination.

Cancellations made prior to transport booking can have balances credited to alternative upcoming litters. Transport costs are final once booked.
